Customised Maintenance Plans for Your System

We are continuously developing our products, and provide inspections to determine whether any changes can improve the performance of an existing Servogear system.  We also perform total refit projects, where we change from the existing propulsion-installation to a Servogear solution.

How can we assist?

Spare Parts

Servogear has a large selection of spare parts on stock, ready to be dispatched as needed. We advise our customers to keep critical spare parts on hand to avoid any unnecessary downtime.

Gearbox Overhauls

Servogear performs gearbox overhauls both onboard the vessels and in our own workshop. Our dedicated team ensures close follow-up throughout the process.

When overhauls are conducted in our facilities, a spin test is performed before delivery to guarantee quality and reliability. Clients who maintain a spare gearbox benefit from minimized downtime and reduced costs, avoiding the complexities of urgent overhauls.

Propeller Repair

We specialize in repairing damaged propeller blades, helping you avoid the time and expense of purchasing new blades for your vessel. If your propeller has one or two damaged blades yet the remaining blades are still operational, we can expertly repair or replace only the affected ones.

Propulsion Upgrade

Camera Inspection

Our camera inspection service is designed for your convenience. A service engineer simply opens the inspection hatch and uses a 4mm camera to examine bearings, hoses, and other critical components. This process ensures minimal disruption to your operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision.
